Jennifer’s story

'I’m Jennifer and I’ve been a
nurse in the NHS for twenty
years. I’ve worked in many
hospital departments
including intensive care units,
operating theatres and
cancer wards. In all this time
it has been very important to
keep the surgical instruments
and surfaces clean and
disinfected. If this is not done
regularly and thoroughly with

risk of vulnerable and weak

Mary and Robert’s
story

'Hi, I’m Mary and I have
been caring for my sick
elderly father Robert. Dad
had knee replacement
surgery and was then

re-infected and it nearly
killed him. Since then I’ve

Mike and Emily’s

'My name’s Mike. I caught

my new born baby
daughter Emily returned
